Here are some strong contenders, all covers:

Macy Gray: Walk This Way (Note mashing phone keypad 0:20) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vc0ZMou_CtM

Mindless self indulgence: Tom Sawyer (worth sticking it out to 0:38, bridge is hilarious) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdSss2huH54

Limp Bizkit: Faith (with cameo from John Davis of Korn!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ei_FJWHXys

Britney Spears: (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vF2l_rWdvDs

That's awesome. I think I like it because it is so damn obnoxious.  I'm going to have to parse some of that out into ringtones for my phone.  03:35 to 04:01 is great!  And 09:36 to 10:07.  And 14:38 to 14:52.

lol, is actually not that bad, love the Irish undertones , reminds me almost of Corvus Corax, mixed with Looney Toons and all those barney sing alongs from the 90's ...

Aahhhhhh memories !!!!

m, it´s fine to me... sound like "Anchor song" (Björk) ... Klaus Nomi... "Jump Around" (House of pain)... Kids of Widney High, homeless blind man with Casio/Bontempi keyboard, drunk fat Evanescence lyric girl, Nitzer Ebb and melancholic hillbilly... XDD

Its more like the funniest song ever made I think. Partly because its so bad and partly because I cant take this serious.

haha, this isn't annoying.. it's hilarious.

one time i had some industrial cd with a hidden track
that contained a recording of nothing but a guy reading
off some programming code. That was fun to listen to on
acid by the way.

Has anyone heard The Avalanches? This is what it reminds
me of a bit, but wayyyy more intentionally not good.

It's not even close... it sounds almost like something I could try to listen to when I'm in the mode for something experimental...

Here are some stronger candidates:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQwTENoppUE (brass band)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gxFFFVSSSY (happy jazz)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gn5AhKD1PUY (latina jazz)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42JOswXMm64 (swedish soft pop)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uS5FrHiO-9Q (swedish something... dunno the translation)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68ugkg9RePc (Eiffel 65 - Blue)

I didn't find these entirely unpleasant; but I was hoping for absolute cacophony.

The swedish soft pop one wasn't so bad.  She looks like she brushed her hair with a hand grenade though.  JBF hair?

Warning: This cannot be unseen. It'll also get stuck in your head and you'll find yourself singing it in the shower. Thoroughly insidious.
