Hint: hold the jump key for longer jumps. Makes it easier to correct jumps.
But yeah, sometimes its pretty much impossible to avoid going head first against a wall.
A couple of tips here:
- there's a sound coming up when a star is near, so you know that you need to charge
before you see the star. (The annoying thing is that sometimes when there's two paths, it's
impossible to be sure you take the right one)
- Always try to make the jumps as short as possible, so you land as soon as you can. Better
control, and you also avoid the problem at later stages of just flying far above until you crash
headfirst into a wall cause you're out of jumps...
- Don't miss stars (you loose too much points by missing one star). And also, don't miss fairies - since they're not only points, but also guides to where you need to be to follow the path
- remember that you can jump twice in the air, then dash, then jump, then dash (and then you're
out of power and needs to touch the ground or wait a little)
