Probably the most personal things Ive posted here so far. But truly, this is the embodiment of true art in my opinion. So far, there have only been 2 other artists who have managed to touch me like this.

Oh warning, it might be a tear jerker. It sure was for me.

Very emotive.
Great animation and music..

But I dont agree with her attitude to her own life..
I understand that she missed a father but spending whole life to "look out for him and wait" seems to me too illogically..

Maybe I sound like a "stonehearted", but we have only one life - one chance to be happy..
Life isnt only about emotions.. Mind with brain-structure dominate.
Somebody could oppose that living this way cannot be the way to happiness.. But it IS.

I think the idea was not that she was waiting for her father her whole life. You just saw her throughout her life, just stopping from time to time and to think about her father. Sure, she was missing him, but you also saw her move on. She got friends and a family.

Yeah, she had friends and family but still too much space of her soul and mind was used..
Maybe I cant understand or imagine this..
I never felt fathers love..

Last but not least, I stand upon my opinion. Parents are important - but the strongest thing they leaved us is their heritage, lore, creed... independently of their bodies.

That was a very cute film. :)
I wish all fathers meant that much to their daughters.
