I know it's a long shot so here's what I'm working with. 2xOSC, 2xLFO, Amp, sync, ADSR on all that shit and 4 waves deep. no ring mod no fm damnit.

I was using sitd as a starting point. It sounds like a short/shallow filter with soft attack on the amp and a long release on at least one layer. It also sounds like a fast lfo on the pitch but I can't seem to get it! Maybe I'm detuning incorrectly?

Here's the lead I was thinking of: I dont want that exact sound in the end in my mind it's a bit different. But it's pretty close.

Any help is awesome! Thanks synth pros :)

Are you talking of that classical trance lead sound? If so, try adding a chorus on the main sum of all OCSs and a reverb too. OSCs should also be detuned but only like .05 seminotes so the wave will result in some kind of supersaw. BTW: I'm a bit confused on the topic saying 4 OSCs and your description talkign of only 2?!

That's a JP-8000 with a modified "Wall Bob" preset. The Suicide Commando lead, basically.

Upper + Lower parts selected.
A 0% D 100% S 100% R 30% Cutoff 80% Res 10-20%
OSC1 Super Saw - Detune 60-80% Mix 100%

The beginning intro is a Zeta+ preset (tempo set slow)

The drums are really well compressed and punchy with a nice low end.

..and some sad and or angry German guy appears to be trying to sing.
