So, I'm mostly looking for contacts in the San Francisco Bay Area Gothic and Industrial community.

I've started a website (www.sfgothic.net) in the hopes of providing a more updated look at the local scene, from Sacramento to San Jose, but there are crap-loads of things that I don't hear about.

For example, Ayria and Imperative Reaction were both out here about two months ago and it was only by random chance that I got a chance to see them - because it wasn't advertised anywhere except on the website of the club they were performing at.

Same with the Rammstein/Combichrist show back on 5/18.

Any feedback from fellow Goth/Industrial/Cyber/Futurepop/Whatevers out there about what they're doing with their spare time, where they're going, who they're going to see, all that sort of stuff. Let me know. Keep me in the loop!

No love? Am I the only DG-listener in the entire San Francisco Bay Area?

They exist, but apparently aren't on DG - or at least checking the forums. :(

You have a good looking website, and wish you well on gathering some like-minded folks together!

MisterMephisto.  That is well done with your sight looking for the like minded minds for this kind of music in a real event live show type fashion.  And if anybody could be the one to help you with your efforts of finding live shows.  It is most certainly Drewthetexan.  I just wish I was not on the opposite corner of the continent so I could discover some of the live shows with you.  I have been to SF a few times yet a long time ago.  I spent 2 weeks on Yerba Buena Island with the US Coast Guard for one of my jeorneys there.
good luck MisterMephisto and right on Drewthetexan.

The latter for me.

I'm in the East Bay. DG has spoiled me; I don't look that hard for live shows any more. I did stumble on Dismantled playing DNA Lounge on the club's live video stream a few weeks ago. The sound quality was atrocious.

Well, if you do decide to look for a show or even just a club-night, keep SFGothic in mind. :)

I was at that show. They sounded much better in person. I'm not sure how DNA has their live-stream's sound set up, but that's what I'd chalk it up to.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys! It's nice to have a little support, even if it is from a distance.

Bookmarked. I'll make use of it before long.

Yeah, probably. The video wasn't all that great, either. I realize that they don't want to give away the same content for which people are paying, but it wasn't entertaining like that. It wasn't a good advertisement for the club or the band.
