Just listend to a few of their tracks.

The vocals are just little juvenile, but they sound great. You putting them into the roster?

I like the track 'Spoke' on their latest album ON THIS COLD FLOOR

when an album is on any of those lists, would a band be able to sign concent for you to play their music... or has the Label bought out thier right to make any advertising decisions also?

Label owns everything unfortunately...and even if the label was nice enough to let us its still supporting riaa.

Yea... i suppose it would be best to just stay away...

I wonder if there has been much of a movement for new artists to avoid RIAA labels?

would be nice to see the RIAA take their own feet out from under themselfs :P

Not among commercial acts. Not much of the music in this genre is on RIAA affiliated labels.
