Yes that's definitely true :P But other countries also have very good bands even though Germany probably have the most in the genres that's discussed here ^^

Javol. Good music is never confined to be associated with one country. I recon that Industrial is always years ahead in Europe tho...always has been. I've always liked the gritty dusty Indust/Metal bands of the states, tho they seem to think they innovated the shit, and rarely understand the Euro sound..

And One is one of the worst bands out there? By whos facts are you making this really absurd comment? Have you ever looked at the fan base of And One? Hell And one is not too many steps behind Depeche Mode in alot of ways. I mean they took the same ideas of synth and harmonic vocals from them. So if you hate And One, you obviously hate Depeche Mode, and if you hate Depeche Mode its ironic you like this genre at all.
And One has some of the best dance floor hits out still today. Personally I love to stomp to "Military Fashion Show" Thats a a great song. Also was.. i know ill kill the spelling... but Panzermesch i think it was called. ... I like them.. great club and dance band..

i never understand the and one --> depeche mode comparison honestly lol. but, yeah they aren't the worst band ever.
but yea, and one vocals are typically the redundant monotonous goth voice that has become ever so standard in most futurepop/ebm music whereas depeche mode have more elaborate song structures with fluxuating vocals. i realize not all and one is monotonous like this tho i suppose.
i do love the song 'sometimes'.
shrug, germanys worst? na.. thatd have to be SCOOTER!!! haha

Scooter is a Techno group, with Hardcore tendencies. Basically, if one of their songs is above 150 bpm, it's probably Hardcore and below that, it's probably Techno.
