It is currently limited to 5 users, down from 750, due to some bandwidth issues. I have temporarily put up a new relay at 208.101.63.75:8000 at 750 users to provide replacement capacity for the next few weeks until the issues are resolved back on the main relay.
If you don't know what any of this means, but you are having a problem connecting, please launch your player of choice by using the 'Listen' links on the front page and you will connect to an active server.
