I have the "East Side Militia" cd. Sympathic. In the way of nineties. The best period for electro/indus for me with bands like swamp terrorists, birmingham 6, nerve, chemlab, cubanate, FLA, KMFDM (in their best period), Skinny Puppy, Leaether Strip and all those legends....

Yea, I still spin up the older stuff too. Among which BIGOD 20's "The Bog", or T.H.D.'s "Hypo" will get me going in the morning like nothing else.....served in bed, raises the dead!

Very good stuff, this also was my favorite era of Industrial. Followed closely by the "Futurepop" phase and suprisingly the stuff that's out now.

I think the best Chemlab album was their first, "Burnout at the Hydrogen Bar" which had "Suicide Jag" and the song which coined the term: "Rivethead."  I had asked Jared if the band name was originally supposed to be named "Methlab" (because of all the incidental innuendo on the album) but I didn't get a clear reply.

Please, Do not soil this station with that newer Chemlab shit.

They have seen their glory days, if you can even call them that.
