I'm a new user (today) and I can't get anything working on this stream. I downloaded for itunes... I click on both itunes files that get put in my library...and both say "connecting" and even after that disappears there is no sound at all.
I tried the WWW page...and there is no sound when I push the play button. I haven't had these problems with anything in the past...and our office and ISP are not particularly restrictive.....

That's odd, I haven't tried itunes at work, just good old WMP, which is working for me.

Weird...It JUST started working for me. I was listening to a different radio station and just decided to click again...and it immediately worked.

You might have tried exactly when one of the relay servers was down for maintenance :)

Is it just me or has there been a fair amount of trouble with the subscriber stream? It seems that maybe once every one or two days it times out and I can't connect to it. It could just be my shitty internet though ... Is the problem on my end or the system's?

Seems OK for me - are you having this problem with a particular player?

I have noticed a couple of times in the last hour that the "what's playing" song is actually the title of what's queued up next, rather than what is actually playing.

I should also say, am listening through WMP (which doesn't show any titles) and the above relates to the home page of the DG site

You shouldn't 'see into the future' for very long - it depends on how the buffer is in your player. If it is particularly long, you may see a song change on the site before it actually happens but it shouldn't be more than a minute or so ahead at the very most (unless you have a ridiculously long buffer.)
