Ok so I was on wow killing time this morn and I heard a cover of the song old 80's song manic but before I could alt-tab to see the artist it was over and I didnt have time to bring the site up :( Can anyone tell me the name of the artist???

I think the name of the band started with an N or a M I had never heard of them before I know the original song was a very popular one the main lyrics "She's a manic manic on the floor, and she's danceing like she's never danced before if that helps anyone" in case that may help anyone.
