---Public Image. ( This is what you want, this is what you get. ) ---Tangerine Dream. The double album Warsaw concert done outside in the winter but free for the Eastern Block people at the time is brilliant. ---Tear Garden. ( Center Bullet.) And that one is hard to decipher as S.P's CEvin Key and Edward Kaspell from the Legendary Pink dots do that track with industrial roots yet not is not quite industrial. ---Killing Joke. ( War Dance and Requiem. ) I cant leave that stuff out. So much more I could go on with. but am still packing for Labrador right now.
All I know is that despite the fact that it is not industrial. It is still alternative. And untill I fell into the industrial life which goes with my employment. Alternative was the key word for me.

I cant leave out Nina Hagen with ( born In XIXIX.) It was cool how she predicted the freedom for East Berlin and then it happened about 7 years later.
The cover of (War), by DOA. Which pretty much equalled (Holiday in Cambodia), by the Dead Kennedy's.
I'm in the middle of the woods again in Labrador. And I keep hearing (Copper Head Road), by Steve Earl on the radio in the truck. Always did like that song.
(Breaking Glass), by David Bowie. Low album.
( Hanging Garden), by the Cure. In their more gothic Days.
And then (Whip It), by Devo. Always gave me a smile
It is now Saturday night so I better go grab some beer befor the store closes in Churchill Falls. I hope my 242 request for U Men does not come on while I am gone.

I absolutely love Britney Spears' new song "I wanna go". And Rihanna's "S&M", for that matter.
There. I said it.

Ah man I would definately have to concure with kmfdm1308 on the Blade Runner soundtrack. The whole thing is pretty damn cool except for one part that is a bit silly with it going back to the turn of last century. Almost. Then after the end theme music is over and he is talking about his memories in space before he dies. Sea Beams glittering and Attack Ships On Fire off the Coast of Orion. Those few words I always thought were pretty damn cool. No wonder the Revolting Cocks did a track called Attack Ships on Fire. Anyone know who is in the Revolting Cocks?

Obviously this would comprise of a list that can not be covered in one sitting. However, as I am doing the dishes and listening to music loud now that I have amplification back. The topic came back into my head with the dishes in the sink now about 10,000 miles away from me. Todays list starts with --Tones on Tails---Go. --Payolas---------Eys of a Stranger. --Clash-----------Guns of Brixton. --Rolling Stones---Sympathy for the Devil. --Bauhouse-------Shes in Parties. --Joe Jackson-----Sunday Papers. --Buthole Surfers--Pepper. --Martha and the Muffins. --Echo Beach. And then of coarse to finish todays list I will have to go with. --Warren Zevon---Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner. Of coarse Wear Wolves of London made the top 40. But Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner along with Exitable Boy made Warren Zevon great in my ears about 30 years ago. And wait. I just thought of one more I would really like to end off with today. --Sid Vicious------My way. A great cover on the Sinatra song. Both with the music. And then the Video which I discovered was for real after watching the Sid and Nancy version. Both are cool but I sure was happy when I found the real one. Now back to the fukin dishes Ha. Ha.

Felix Da Housecat---Silver screen, Shower scene. Now this track has a question of Genre. I first heard it when ravin out ten years ago and liked anything by Felix da Housecat. Mostly because it is just so different. Yet if I had to make a choice. I sure would be on the fence weather this could be considered on the border of being industrial.

Of coarse I have quite a few non industrial songs but wont go on listing them all like I have already listed a few, yet on occaision when there is a trigger that makes me remember one. I would like to make mention of it. And of coarse today is quite important to bring one up as I reheard it on the CBC radio staion I was listening to this morning in regards to today being election day in the USA. 1992 by Leanard Cohen. From the album Future. That song alone in itself sure did make me take notice of Mr. Cohen. And the video to Future was pretty damn cool. However the song I am actually refering to right now on that album by Leanard Cohen which of coarse was played on CBC this morning for obvious reasons. DEMOCRACY. If I was intelligent enough to put it on this page where you just have to click it to play I would. But I am not that technilogically advanced so just U Tube it as I am sure it will give all a good chuckle.
