Hello cybbe,

Welcome to DG.  I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for, but I think you want a way to pipe DG through a boombox, or ghettoblaster.  Is it possible to run a cable from your headphone jack on your computer to an auxiliary input on the stereo? Or do you have a phone that can stream DG that also has a headphone jack?

The problem with internet "radio" is that it isn't broadcast like traditional radio is, so no matter what, you will need an internet connection to get it.

I don't know if that helps.

Hey Drew,

thanks for your post. As I thought I described my problem not very good...sorry!
The jack-thing with the laptop is a good idea but the pc must always run :(
So my idea was a kind of inet-radio like those examples:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/DNT-IPDIO-Tune-internet-FM-radio/dp/B002K9S96G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1280429964&sr=8-2 or http://www.amazon.co.uk/Socrimex-GmbH-DXI-80WL-Internet-Radio/dp/B0036TPSX6/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1280430131&sr=1-12
Maybe those 2 links help to understand what Iam meaning with my poor english ;)
If it isnt possible I have to use this notebook solution!

Thanks a lot again !

Ok, actually, I think I get what you are saying now. Since I don't have any kind of real stereo system I don't tend to think about having a nice system set up or wanting a receiver for dialing into internet radio stations.

I don't know anything about these, but I'm interested.  Found this user manual and some comments from another forum (here) regarding the first one you linked.

I'm also willing to bet you can find just about everything you want to know on that forum.
