Suggestion for forum improvement: add the option to show the number of smites/applauds
for each post... (unless it's already available some place I haven't looked)

not that I care that much about my karma, but it would be nice to know the cause when my
karma suddenly drops... otherwise I won't know if it's because someone smites everyone that
doesn't hate Lady Gaga, or if it's something really stupid I said without having the social intelligence to notice it...

I think I'll be done with the new music database by the end of the week. I got the songs listing out with the preview button again.. I'm working on the individual song ratings right now.

I got rid of the current review scores but I've preserved the comments and added the functionality to add a new comment about the album.

OK...

New updates for today.

Music database comments are working. Request system is working. If you click any reference to an album in DG (the 'now playing' picture, song history, recent additions, whatever) it should take you to the music DB page. I want consistency on what clicking on an album link does, so they all go to the music DB. the 'Buy this album' links only exist inside the music DB now.

Couple of things left to finish.. song ratings and displaying the average song rating. Once that is done, I think I'm done with the music db.. then I only have a couple more things to clean up.

If you can find any bugs, let me know :)

Awesome! I forgot that clicking on the album would take you to Amazon. I'm glad you've changed this.

Is it intentional that when I leave wherever I'm at in the database, say by clicking on "listen" then click "database", that it takes me to the last thing I was looking at in the database?

Maybe if that isn't clear, Say I'm in section "H" and then click "listen" then click "database, it takes me back to the "H" section of the database.  Same if I was looking at any particular artist.

Yeah, it is intentional. Means you can jump to another page and go back to what you were looking at.

Wishlist is re-implemented.. fixing a couple of front page bugs and that should be done.. then I just have to fix up the 'subscribe' page and I think it's ready... now is your chance to bitch about something!

Could you set it up so I can click the album name in the wishlist and have it take me to the database?

Been trying, it's actually way more difficult than it sounds with the way the site is setup now :(

Hopefully I'll figure it out soon.
