Interesting, so, did you upload anything through, or generate any html for myspace, or whatever through that site? Just randomly they have your pic, or... I guess I'm not sure how that happened.

i neither have myspace nor facebook and did not upload anything or created any html site so i am really baffled on how they stumbled across that picture as well or who initiated the whole thing it's not even a good one! (the good ones are *blatant self-advertisement and appreciation for friends doing professional shoot* ... not sure if i should feel flattered or upset ...meh i need to complete the kitten gallery as i got a 4th one now as well ... {= |

i don't have the photobucket bookmarked or remember the url by heart, but needed to show a friend from previous chat times *lol* speaking of the past catching up with you (x

*lol* thank you for not sending, i did not even have a look into what ring tone it would be ... so i want to know?
and i have no clue why/who and if they make money with that (blingcheese must make some money out of it at least, or cell providers or ring tone providers and who knows)
not to mention that now i am wondering in how far that's against copyright regulations or theft of personal property
i did not really look into the legals of photobucket and if anything posted on there is rather their property and they can let stuff like this happen
