Shit. As long as I get to see badass Transformers punch each other in the face, a random explosion, and that hot chick run around...its a total win.

I am taking my kids to see It tomorrow. i don't expect Apocolypse Now or anything..but I just about blew a load in my pants watching shit transform in part one, so I think I'll enjoy this one as well. That Meagan Fox is a bonus too..I'd eat the peanuts out of her shit.

Saw the movie over the weekend.  Much better than the first, but then I didn't expect much, so on that scale it rocked.  There were a few ... hollywood moments, if you will.  Ones that you roll your eyes and think, "whatever", but accept for the sake of continuity.  For pure movie going fun, I'd give it an 8.

Rotten Tomatoes also shows what the 'expert critics' thought about the movie. Not just your average Transformer nerd. Those guys dont get hyped.

Also, if the movie does generate a hype but subsequently fails to meet the expectations, its the movies fault. They shouldnt brag about how awesome the movie is gonna be when it is simply not that awesome.

Still, if you just want to see lots of explosions, Transformers 2 should be good. It is a Micheal Bay movie after all.
