Hey DG! Been a long time since I last visited. Haven't forgotten about you guys!

Some of you might remember our old band The Enders. The old songs are still available here on the forum thanks to Shirow!

A while after we shut down The Enders we started a new band called Titans and we can finally present our first single All There Is.

Titans is a collaboration of Fredrik Mattsson and Jimmy Svensson from Sweden together with San Francisco based lead vocalist Dan Von Hoyel.

Our music could be described as a mix of classic synthmusic from the 1990:ies with a modern dancefloor touch.

All There Is EP is released by Progress Productions and features remixes by Biomekkanik and [de:ad:cibel]. Our debut album will be released in 2011.

Check out the video for All There Is on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_r-LLgXyGlo

The video is done by some friends of ours who both filmed, edited and acted.

Feel free to join us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Titans/241532967741

For those interested in buying it's available on most commond download stores such as iTunes, Amazon and http://www.synthmp3.com

The single is digital only but the album will be released on CD.

Hope all is well with the DG crew and that you like Titans music!

cool stuff!

you're right in describing the sound to be somewhat old school synthpop, i like it even if it is slow
but brings back memories

*lol* anybody care to slowdance

Theory is when you know everything and nothing works.
Practice is when things work, and no one knows why.
Here we combine theory and practice.
Nothing works and no one knows why.

Finally, I was just wondering the other day if you guys were still working on this :) Can I throw it up on the stream?

We in the band don't have a problem with that, although it will be registered with STIM, the Swedish version of ASCAP, BIEM, SECAM and so on. I will talk to our label and then if you need we'll sign the radio release. Don't think that should be a problem, will talk to the other guys.

I missed this thread when it was posted, but found out about this EP and video a few weeks ago.  It's incredible, omg I can't stop listening to it!  Really really hoping to hear some more soon.

/bump for an amazing sound.  Anyone who is a fan of modern-day synthpop should definitely check this out.

i too also somehow oversaw this. And though i generally enjoy 'industrial' more than 'synthpop' - wherever and however they mutually lie on the seemingly ever-changing spectrum of whatever the hell even defines electronic music anymore - i know what i like. And this i like. In regard to the video, i haven't seen a shiteload of videos from electro artists in the past 3 decades that weren't concert-oriented so i have little to compare to, but i don't think that i have ever seen someone make love to a camera in such a strangely weird and somewhat uncomfortable yet compelling way, as i did and felt watching this.

Thank you for giving anyone willing to watch something to enjoy.

P.S. This was wholly complimentary in case that last part translated to make me look like an arse.
Damn i still do.
Sigh
