I honestly can't even count how many bands I've discovered on DG. Thats why I'll always be loyal to the site. There was a pretty special time in my life where I'd crank DG at work for about 9 months straight. I had a note pad and pen at the ready to jot down songs I liked and bands to look into. I came in liking a bunch of well established EBM and Industrial acts but DG REALLY opened my eyes to the wealth of awesome music out there.

But one band sticks out in particular and thats these guys:

So far from what I have heard.  I am becoming a big Diorama fan as well.
And then of coarse I was quite interested in that Babyland track , You will never have it.

The home made percussion devices were very good and really showed what the early days of industrial music was all about.

I ended up with an aluminum drum from a floating sucktion pipe inside one of those great big above ground petroleum storage tanks.  I used to work in those yards with my Dad's company in British Columbia, God rest his athiest soul.

Anyways this aluminum float has some of the most amazing sounds I have ever heard.  From the lowest low to a good sounding high.

I brought it accross Canada with me and I like to beat sounds off it when I am working in my shop.  Take away some stress type thing.

I would have given it to Cevin Key if he had not already gone to live in LA when I was still in Vancouver.  But in a way, I am glad that I still have it as like I said before.  It has some amazing sounds to it.  It is one of those things I came accross that I will probably have untill I die.
It sure would make some good samples.

And of coarse with some time off I am playing around with the forums on DG.
Been getting my industrial design studio / shop set up after work during the twigh light hours.
I have the correct steel for what I am going to make Shirow.  It had to be right and now I have it.
Time to go into my shop and begin the process.
Good day to all the DG listeners on line.
