Does it exist or is it just a myth? I haven't been able to find any kind of clubs/venues to attend where I can rivet up. One of the downsides from moving from LA/San Diego area to the mid-south =[. Any info/pointers to anything would be greatly appreciated.

I think you may have fallen into a gothic/industrial vacuum.
I've been trying to find something online, and see nothing of note. You might look for shows somewhat close by, and see what venues they are held at. You'll probably find a rivet-heads local that way; and they can probably get you turned on to whatever there is out there.

Good point. The one thing that I did recently come across was a picture taken at a recent Emily Autumn show here in LR, sadly the attendance seemed pretty dismal, 20'ish seats taken. Hoping for something to come through soon though lol. Fayetteville and Fort Smith are just a bit out of range to travel for a night out.

Just an update, the search still continues.
My wife and I are looking at making groups, or trying to garner some kind of support for gathering those that are into the goth/cyber/industrial/fetish scenes into one place.
If anyone has any suggestions on where to start or good ways to promote something so unique in such a desolate bible belt region of the US, all feedback would be greatly welcomed.

You can always do like I did and just create your own website. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and while club- and event- starved we are not, the online presence was pretty abysmal for a place just north of Silicon Valley.
Websites can be free. A Meetup group I think runs about $75 a year last I checked and those can work pretty well also.

Arkansas GIP use to be a hopping place. We went to a show once and a dj set at another. At the time I was working night shift so getting off on Thursday to drive 3 hours on Friday am to hang out it Little Rock all day and club all night ment of course 2 days with no sleep. I ended up crashing on the sofa for the dj event. But when the mod of the group stoped running the GIP site..it went down hill fast. Since then I havent been able to find ANY thing besides The Silver Dragon in Hardy Arkasnas. I would LOVE to help get any thing going. Im at home all of the time. I can create a weebley page for to help out. Ive paid for it and I get 6 sites with the membership. I can gather some music. Just let me know what I can do to help. My husband is a gear head he could possabley help out in with mics or something...all though he works all of the time so I might get my self in trouble for saying so.

Yeah, sadly we havent been able to get anything started yet, I'm hoping that I could get something going. I think the biggest issue is going to be publicity and getting people excited about something new, and at the same time avoiding the pitchforks and torches of the extreme right-wingers (that has been my biggest problem) Anything and everything would be perfect to help. Maybe we could take some chats to PM to kinda discuss some possible ideas.
