I got my own WAP and while setting it up, found several of my neighbors connections. Mostly secured, although there were two open ones and another closed one that appeared to be using the default SSID and password.

I guess I could have piggy-backed onto someone else's, but I'd rather have direct control over everything that's going on on the network, and who knows, maybe I'll care enough about wifi to use wireless NICs on future computers I build/buy.

I have a PS3 and it rocks!! Its going to blow XBOX outta the water here soon
BluRay has much more storage space than DVDs, so u can imagine what kinda games will be produced for it. Just be patient and wait. Good games are coming out slowly for it.

I just picked up a xbox360... talk about a time sink!  And I thought work and DG/clubbing was bad enough.

My roommate just got a 360 and the game Mass Effect.  And wow. Holy wow. Not a big console player, but man, it is beautiful!

It will take about a year I have to buy before the price of the PS3 wii...

Wow, you just rez'd a dead thread from almost 3 yrs ago....Screw it, while I'm replying I might as well say I'm happy with my 360. Great games and great online play. Works for me. I was looking heavily towards the Sony Vita, but too many downsides (namely horrible battery life and no UMD transfer) to it to want to want it when it first comes out. I'll stick to my old PSP Phat for my portable gaming needs, JRPG's FTW.

Also the Wii U is coming out next year but since it can only support one video controller per console I am hoping the Vita+PS4 can give us what we wanted the Wii U to do, games like four swords and crystal chronicles.  Like the old GameCube plus 4 gameboys.

Yeah noticed the Wii-U as well, but just like when the first Wii came out, I lost interest quickly. Mine just sits there on the shelf and the times it does get turned on, its for Netflix. I'm more interested in the Vita right now. When Sony and Microsoft announce their next-gen systems, then I'll pay attention to the consoles.
