at first i was in the mood to support the request until i read phrases like 'we want' and 'make a request' *snaps fingers*
it reads rather rude and afterall you could very well get in contact with shirow personally and ask him to play your songs

as a mini review:
listening to the demos provided by your web page ('truth' and 'retrograde') i can say that the songs would fit into dg from style and production level (sounds very professional)
actually my very first though was 'hey, that's pretty similar to kmfdm', which makes them not as unforgettable as it claims on the web page

I wonder if you wouldn't mind giving me some feedback on what the problem with the myspace page was. Was it simply the fact that we use it, the way it looks, the way we use it, or something that i totally missed? We always welcome any kind of feedback or criticism :)

What I thought of the two demo songs on your website:

I liked them.  I really love the sound of the band.  The guitar, bass and drums sounded great.  The beat and riffs were fun.  The one thing I want to complain about though are the vocals.  Personally I prefer a smoother sounding singer, the angst filled singing wore on me the wrong way.  (I must be getting old.)

I give them a thumbs up for the stream.  especially if they have a few songs with less singing.

Hey guys, i really like it. Especially Truth. But i love a lot of harder so called industrial rock type stuff (or whate'er the label police call it) that we will ne'er see on here. Which is perfectly fine. i absolutely love DG and i came to terms back when i first joined, that i'm not going to see any Ministry, Manson, NIN, Zombie, Drown, 16 Volt, etceteblah, etceteblah. It's just not what DG is. So although i really dig your style, whether or not it fits in here is completely seperate. This man's humble and inconsequential opinion is no. But again, regardless of what other's might say, i think you've done a great job and have my full respect and listeningship. i care not whether others consider something is an obsolete style or whate'er. i like what i like and that is all that matters to me. After all i didn't think that people that listen to the non-mainstream styles of harmonic heaven that we here do were susceptible to trend-mentalities.

Does this dude have music he would like to share with the rest of us?  Where is his cd?  Send us a link to your 'professional mixing studio' so we have a better understanding of what it really takes to make it in YOUR world.  Dude, your an ass.  The band asking for reviews did not deserve your response and I'm sure you only gave it to him to earn indi-goth points from all of your online friends on here.  Go in the kitchen, make yourself a nice, warm dick sandwich, and reconsider being so negative to the bands that are in the same genre of the shit you probably listen to.  Too much hater-aid.  Wheres the fucking support?

Does projecting your own insecurities and probable lack of musical talent feel good? By the way, GRAMMAR..PUNCTUATION.. pretty standard stuff. ;)


Oh and FMK, I am glad I had the opportunity to hear your new song at rehearsal on Sunday. It is sounding wicked! I'm looking forward to your upcoming shows. =D

I'll tell you this, I listen to digitalgunfire whenever i can, when someone good comes on, i stop whatever i'm doing to see who it is, you guys had two songs come on in a row one day, and i stopped both times. your album marionette rocks, keep up the good work!
