I haven't been able to connect to the lo-fi stream (w/Winamp) for a while.  No response, no buffering, just eventually a "Timeout".

The hi-fi stream still works fine for me.

The lo-fi stream is still dead (tried the WinAmp and MediaPlayer streams).

The hi-fi streams are both fine, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my configuration...

The lo-fi stream seems to be dead again. I normally wouldn't care, but my Sprint Treo can have a hard time keeping up with the 128k stream.

Damn, I'll take a look at it again. It was segfaulting recently, I may have to change the bitrate.

Yep, it had died.. started it again, I'll try to figure out what's happening.

The low - bitrate stream appears to be dead again.  It has not responded for me for a few days now.  While I do like the higher bitrate, I can only play the lower bitrate while playing online games; the high bitrate seems to create too much lag for those games.

I'll bring it back up temporarily this morning and then work on finding a long term solutino.

I don't know how long its been back up because i can't be bothered to work out the time difference between here and there (i'm in Australia) but you have saved my sanity.

perhaps you should switch over to icecast? is there any reason not to? i've never looked that far into it but i know the stream segfaulting would be a pain in the ass.

It's not the server that crashes, it's the transcoder. Icecast would take me off shoutcast.com also :(

I have another question about lo-fi version
Is there any chance to stream lo-fi @ ACC+ 32kbps?
it'll be so much better, to listen that on my mobile ;)
