It was hilarious! It's called "You are the greatest lover" and it's got to be a joke. It's done in that harsh industrial vocals with an electric beat. But the lyrics.... Anybody help me out? Who did that song?

Did you hear it on DG? The only thing I could find was that Massive in Mensch made a cover of a song with that title. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massiv_in_Mensch and the Menschdefekt album. The album is listed as "played on DG", however that particular song is not on the list though (at least not yet).
