The new site is quite nice but the new forum skin comes with quite a few visual bugs, it seems.

They seem to be pretty browser dependant, i'll make a screeny next time i see one.

Edit; P.S: thanks for adapting the new colour scheme to fit the background of my avatar, looks much better now ;) :p

It's easy to mess up dark layouts, but the new design successfully pulls it off: modern, clean & dark. Love the dashboard-style homepage. GoogleAds seems to be mostly accurate... mostly. No forum adz?

Not yet but they might show up one day. I make pretty much nothing off the Google ads anyway.

hey i have an idea for the site, also to generate support and revenue, maybe, dont know if it is in even possible, but how about a service that you can be a guest dj of some sort, for a period of time you get to choose the play lsit or get and unlimited or extended ammount of requests for a period of time, a pay for the service of course but it would be an interesting venue to showcase individual tastes of the members and subscribers, let me know what you think

I think this is a great idea and could help generate money for the site.

You could have a "user DJ hour" similar to fresh ammo say once a week, where someone who pays a one time fee could get to DJ a set.

Scheduling could be tough but maybe you could work it out so the person pays so much money, gets say two weeks to plan out their set, and the event only occurs once a week (or bi-weekly if there ends up being that much interest in it). You could include a disclaimer and some code that says you can't play more than 2 songs by the same artist during that hour.

Yeah, it's a pretty complicated thing to code though, if you plan to do it through a web interface.

Something to think about for sure.

I'm just here to say that yeah, a clean site is the way to go, gg. If it looks good people don't mind keeping it up. ^_-

Hmm... Unless I'm very much mistaken there seems to no longer be any option to browse the music catalog? I was interested in finding out if there was a cover of a particular song. The request system assumes you know which artist you are looking for, and if you accidentally click on a link you get a request in the queue and can't browse the catalog anymore. It would be very nice to be able just to browse and search the main catalog :)

Koggen, that's true. I'll consider it a feature request :) Let me think of some way of implementing it sensibly.
