Nice one Shirow.. In my minds ear I heard that covered by Combichrist.
Pro Tools as a standard....hardware gets expensive...actually everything about Pro Tools (Digidesign) is expensive. I'm using PC..and Har fuckin har to all you Mac puritans. But yes PC is shitish, but I like rebeling against Mac...even if I shoot myself in both feet. One day when I have more cash, I'll go for the beastiest Mac and Pro Tools HD. The difference between the 2 versions of PT isthat you can have waaaaaay more channels....and your computer doesnt cough a flegm ball every time you add some serious software instrumentation to it. Hardware is better for messing about and inovating your own sounds. i've become lazy and just browse though thousands of presets.
If you're going to get any synth software..GET NATIVE INSTRUMENTS...rob papen and arturia's lil synths too.
Am I boring you yet.....seriously..i can talk about this shit all day...anything but work man.......oh yeah...work..
