personally im not ok with either picture being seen from a satellite or whatever camera (live public cameras installed places for that matter)
with the accident for sure i feel like it is an invasion of privacy

Street view is something difference then satellite imagining.
No satellite will photograph stuff like what you can see for example in the link I posted (if you havent found what I meant, check that girls ass and zoom in a bit. I dont know about you, but I wouldnt like it if the entire internet could see my underwear like that. And seeing how she was patting a dog, its unlikely that she did it on purpose)

I think in the quote Google is referring to satellites in the context of the terrestrial photos being tagged with coordinates. Yea, these StreetView links are tricky or something because instead of ass I was greeted by epic nerds. Imagine my disappointment. The way I interpreted "No, this is an invasion on your privacy" was that by clicking on a StreetView link, ostensibly to invade the privacy of others, in fact your privacy has been invaded by Google, who recorded your IP, computer configuration, location, and interest industrial music, being referred by digitalgunfire. They may even have recorded our interest in ass or nerds. Though my understanding is this thing: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722foils Google's javascript tracking. |
