I thought Aesthetic Perfection was the best of the three. He was louder and his songs were easier to hear... I've never liked SITD, and Imperative pissed me in many ways. They did the whole "let's plan on leaving early and then ask if anyone wants to hear more songs" bit. That would have been cool if YOUR SET LIST WASN'T POSTED IN FRONT OF FUCKING EVERYONE! Everyone knew they were going to do that shit, and on top of it all of their leads were 3/4 the volume they should have been. Aesthetic Perfection and SITD had badass bass kicks, but it seems like the IR drummer was only half as loud. Ted did a good job singing and joining with the Audience as did SITD, (I got to sing one part of Closed In!). Overall, yes it could have been better, but it was worth the $18 and I'd definitely do it again. My friend and I have the posters from the venue, too.

I wonder if imperative reactions live show feels less like a bunch of burn out metal kids playing in a garage now.

A little less than when they toured with Combichrist... Their 'live' drum kit consists of a snare, a floor tom and a bass drum... What's the point of that? They are really nice guys and they did get the crowd going, though it wasn't even close to Aesthetic Perfection. They need to NOT program their leads! That is retarded on so many levels. Program everything else if you want, IR, but not your fucking leads.

Hehehehe!
I went to this show. I remember some of it; I was kind of drunk, rofl. Imperative Reaction was really good, but that's a biased opinion. Aesthetic Perfection was also pretty good, I won't lie. He has a great stage presence. SITD, well, I don't really remember much of them. But from what I DO remember, they were okay. I don't really listen to SITD all the much though. >.>

Was part of the crew to host the Sacramento show. Some good friends of mine opened for them. Not tremendously impressed with a lot of people's attitudes, I thought Accessory was easier to talk to. But take it with a grain of salt, the show turned out well :D
