I've never been to see and industrial/EBM band live - I don't know anybody that has the same music tastes as me :/ I bet there are quite a few people with that problem haha..

I know what you mean - can't find much going on in Rochester. Good thing, though, Rochester is close to Toronto, where there's a fair amount going on. I've been to a couple good EBM shows. I drove through a canadian snowstorm to see Seabound :)

No doubt, my ex thought it was all crap.  I have quite a few friends who "appreciate" my taste in music but reject it themselves.

My sister once asked me if EBM stood for "Electronic Bowel Movement."  I told her she was a goth chick and didn't even know it yet.  She has since been converted...

Lmao! Electronic Bowel Movement! That sounds painful and involuntary D:

My boyfriend thinks it is absolute crap, but then again he listens to Miley Cyrus.... 'nuff said.

I had to look up miley cyrus...  All I have to say is, really?!

I think I'd rather be subjected to non-stop old T.V. jingles, like "isuzu, isuzu, it's fun for a girl or a boy" or "I wish I were an oscar meyer wiener" or even the meow mix theme, "meow, meow, meow, meow..."

Not sure how to explain it properly, as my english is far from fluent.

Think it would come down to some american TV-dude who did some shows about "Pedo-hunting" (Catching guys who "do" way to young girls)

Correct me if I'm wrong!

I actually had to check last.fm for Miley Cyrus as well, but after some reading I have to admit that I actually knew it ! She is starring in some kiddy soap which is broadcasted on the dutch TV. For the following readers; Please don't bother looking it up - It's an utter waste of time.

You are right, I remember now that there is a TV guy who pretends to be a minor and lures child predators into police traps, then he humiliates them on TV.  That guy is Chris Hanson and the show is "To catch a Predator"

And your english is SO much better than some people who supposedly speak english as a first language.
