I hear this song allll the time at the club. It sounds realllllly familiar and I'm embarassed to say that I don't know who it's by or what it's called. But the lyrics I can make out are somewhat a shouting type thing. Like Combichrist sort of, maybe Wumpscut or something, I have no clue. This is what I make out:
"guns! guns! guns! -,-,-, fire!, fire!, Fire!, fire!, fire!, oh!"
It's kind of stompy noise-type synth too.
please help! It's stuck in my head all the time!!! =(

There's lots of different mixes of this song out there, most recently by whastisface from VNV Nation IIRC.
It was first released in 1987, so if you're any younger than me, don't feel bad for not knowing it. :P
