Weird thing happened here - according to the home page it was playing my request, but the song that was playing was a totally different song.

After a few minutes it refreshed to show the song that was actually playing, but it never did play the requested song.  Now the song is removed from the queue and showing in the previously played list.

Has anyone else seen this?

I've noticed the first part - where the reported song doesn't match the song that's actually playing, but I always thought it was because the song has changed before the website has changed.

Is it possible that the subscriber stream is playing different songs than the non-subscriber stream? Cause I feel like I've seen that happen a couple times but I can't put my finger on it.

i noticed differences in played songs with the page listing only when listening to the subscriber list, not with the regular stream

the other thing about requested songs not being played - IT COULD BE THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN FETCHING THE SONG BY THE PRESENTED LINK FROM THE DATABASE

FOR THE LOVE OF ANY DEITY PLEASE BE MORE SPECIFIC ON WHICH SONG YOU ACTUALLY REQUESTED AND WAS NOT PLAYED !!!!!

also, the view on the index page changes from open request (as in "you have a pending requested song xyz by abs") to "you already requested a song" just before your song is actually played
so if there is NO problem with the data base it should be played right away

The subscriber stream and the regular stream are sometimes off by half a song or so, so sometimes the site will show a different song than what you are actually hearing for a short period of time. It also depends on your player buffer and other things - there shouldn't be a discrepancy for a very long period of time.

If you notice any requests failing, then let me know which song it is (see above :p)
