Is there a regular fee though? i will admit, it's why i started in on Guild Wars 3 years ago; no monthly fee after you buy the game. And i've come to like the mythos. i've met some good people, met some really shitty people (humanity has a wide range of stupidity mixed with arrogance and ignorance to offer) and had some good times. But one thing that is frustrating is that it is oft overrun with kids making me feel like an old man yelling at them to get off my lawn. And i hate that response, but it happens.

Well there are always private servers for Aion & with that there is no monthly fee. Here's a link: http://infiniteaion.com/index.php?page=index2.php? I think it's a lot of fun but I got bored on retail cause at the time there wasn't enough player content but I think they added an expansion that included housing & mounts. Least that's on retail not sure if that's added to Infinite Aion yet. I also like Lineage2 play on a couple private servers on there as well.

got bored with Aion because there wasn't enough quests to level up without doing all the quests and
grind between... and there was no end game to look forward to except the huge pvp battleground (and I don't pvp).
