I was just wondering why there isn't any Japanese industrial bands on here. It seems as if everything is limited to North America and Europe. I think Snog is on here so that would include Australia as well. I know the industrial/electro music from there is limited, and although most of the bands would be classified under the visual kei heading some songs are of the industrial nature. Blood and Baal would be a good place to start if that music were to be added on here. Just a thought.

Heres some vids:

Indeed, some more Japanese industrial would be welcome...

Judging from your user name you like KMFDM - have you heard of Schwein, a sort of collaboration between Kmfdm, PIG and Japanese rock band BUCK-TICK. Sort of industrial rock, but very good.

Unfortunately, a lot of Japanese industrial bands get "eaten" by visual kei, so they never really get recognised by the international industrial scene (whatever that is) and rather get associated with international visual kei fans, which is too bad... as they get recognised purely for being a Japanese band rather than being recognised as an industrial/EBM band.

But here's some bands that people here may be interested in:

Aural Vampire: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7I1BL5DHZE&feature=related

2Bullet - some of their stuff can be found at their site, including an awesome remix of Emuchrist by Foil Conduit. One of the few Japanese bands that are making an effort to reach an international audience: http://2bullet.net/
